Not long ago we had the opportunity to get all of our family and staff together for a work weekend at Legendary Tree Farm! It’s always a team effort at Legendary Trees and we all learned a lot and got excited about the big things we have coming.
The main project we had was transplanting some of our larger trees that were in 3 gallon containers to 10 gallons. This will allow those trees to grow larger and be sold as 2-5 year old trees. We are looking forward to being able to offer larger, stronger oaks to customers who want something bigger than a sapling. However, we are not able to ship trees this large so if you are interested in getting one please reach out to us (info@legendarytrees.com) to learn more about how you can visit the farm and pick your own Legendary Tree.
It was HOT Texas summer day we spent transplanting trees and working at the farm but everyone pitched in, got the job done and had fun! Next up on our agenda is Fall acorn collection, we will drive all over the state and beyond to collect acorns from the most famous trees in the country.
