*PLEASE NOTE THAT PIN OAK TREES SHED THEIR LEAVES IN THE WINTER BUT LOOK SUPER FROM EARLY SPRING TO LATE FALL*
On the day his son was born (March 3, 1970) Johnny Cash planted this tree on his estate in hopes that it would become a lasting monument to honor the occasion. This massive oak is now over 70 feet tall and stands on the Cash state in Hendersonville, TN. Numerous magazines and newspapers have written about the tree, including the Wall Street Journal. It is a beautiful tree with a phenomenal story.
